SpeechExec for BlackBerry® presents a new dimension to wireless working.
Recording, editing and downloading dictation files from your BlackBerry® offers
mobile flexibility and reduces document turnaround time. When recording is
finished and you are ready to download files, they will be transmitted to your
company's dictation server via email, FTP/S or HTTP/S. After transcription, the
transcribed document can then be sent back to the BlackBerry® by email.

What is wireless digital dictation
Wireless digital dictation software is the very latest in digital dictation
solutions.
Instead of a traditional hand held digital dictation recorder that generally
only offers a record/play function and then requires connecting to a computer
to download voice files. The new wireless digital dictation allows many more
features as well as digital dictation. Sending voice files can be carried out
directly from the recorder without any docking to a computer. You can still
dock the recorder if desired but really there is no need. Depending on the
recorder you have the ability to send voice files via
Lan,
WLan, WiFi, Email or
FTP. Also copy and paste from Windows Explore. The dictation features are many
with a basic digital dictation feature plus an advanced, structured or form
digital dictation choice. Interview recording is also possible that allows a
tamper proof recording. The voice files are the smallest digital dictation
files available in
Australia. Control the functions via buttons or use the on screen commands
offered by the recorder. Wireless headset recording also available as standard
on most models.

wireless digital dictation software when loaded onto a Pocket PC recorder with
phone option will allow the fully featured digital dictation plus your
mobile
telephone,
Windows email send and receive
and several Pocket PC functions all in the one unit.
If working away from the office, simply
dictate
and when finished
send highly compressed and encrypted voice file to anywhere
required for typing or listening. All typing
software’s catered for.
One unique features is there is no need to type an
email any more as we offer the ability to press a button and do a voice email
reply to your own office staff,
or client. You
send
them
a
highly compressed
voice dictation
as an email. This alone
will be much faster to communicate. If a reply or authorization is required
for any dictation you have sent,
simply receive the completed documents by email
into the same Wireless Recorder
where ever you may be.
Store any of your standard letters, precedents or recording formats into the
recorder, you can even record answers to some standard questions that can
appear on the screen of the recorder. Basically an “Answer the questions that
appear on the screen prompt”

"in your office" demonstrations styles. Either organise a date that suits you
or where applicable request a rolling demonstration. Simply book a day and
time that suits for our visit and we bring all relevant digital dictation
software and hardware products we supply. The rolling demo works in such a
way, we have you set us up in one of your office rooms, you simply inform all
your relevant staff we will be sitting and waiting to demonstrate the very
latest digital dictation systems we have available. This means no time
restraints are placed on your staff. Author and typist can come and go at
their own pace.
