SpeechExec Enterprise
includes the central installation and configuration options as well as the
interface to statistics and other future modules.
SpeechExec Enterprise comes standard as a
concurrent licenses
system so licenses can be purchased for users without having to specific if a
dictation or a transcription license.

administration module and

User name. Department. Computer used. Work Type. Begin period. End Period.
The results
can be exported into Excel for further processing (e.g. graphical
output).

Station by default will obtain an IP address from your DHCP Server
The innovative Philips LAN Docking Station adds an entirely new dimension to PC-free file transfer It allows dictations to be transferred via LAN from the Digital Pocket Memo directly to the transcriptionist. Free of geographical constraint: dictations can be sent to any destination, whether to the room next door or anywhere in the world. There is no need to connect the docking station to a PC, no need for software, and only minimum user training is necessary. It can also be set up and maintained via remote configuration. Encryption and password protection on the Digital Pocket Memo ensure that dictations can be sent securely over the company network or the Internet
The software is installed using an installation wizard. This program guides you through the steps of the installation process and helps you in the installation of any required 3rd party solutions. This software supports Windows 2000 (SP4), Windows XP (SP2) and Windows Server 2003. It is recommended that you have the latest available Service Pack installed for all supported operating systems. The software requires Microsoft Windows Installer 3.1, Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 and Microsoft Core XML Services (MSXML) 6.0 to be installed on your computer. If a required software could not be found on your computer, the installer displays a warning and directs you to the official download homepage.

Philips Speech Exec Pro
The Philips SpeechExec Pro software for the AUTHOR or TYPIST is simply installed on your existing computers and all dictation is stored on your own network.
The Philips PC based digital dictation software SpeechExec Pro Dictate is designed for the requirements of professional digital dictation users and provides authors with easy-to-use functionality for organizing recordings clearly and transparently. Dictation sound files can be automatically transferred via a company network, sent by e-mail or uploaded onto an FTP server, depending on requirements. SpeechExec Pro Dictate is the solution that sets the pace in today’s fast-moving business world.
Key benefits Efficient handling of sound files from dictation to archiving makes job retrieval simple and fast. Priority indexing allows authors to easily define urgent jobs. Spoken instructions improve communication with the transcriptionist. Data protection (encryption and decryption) allows only authorized persons to access your documents. Job status information allows you to track work in progress. “Job started” and “job finished” notifications ensure no time is wasted. Visible and audible job notifications eliminate errors and increases turnaround time.No more lost tapes or the need to send tapes from one point to another. New and improved screens showing more detailed view. Jobs can be sent to a typist or suspended to be finished later. Set up different filters for different work groups you may perform during the day. Encryption/decryption for added security. A true job status information allows you to track work in progress. Job started and job finished notifications. Visible and audible record notification. New job has arrived notification either by sound or visual. PC Based or a Network server license installation Local PC/Laptop loading. Total support of Terminal server/Citrix environments. User access rights prevent mistakes or misuse of data. Global changes to settings from one pc for all users or selected users. Features can be enabled/disabled/locked system wide.
