We offer a choice of two "in your office" demonstrations styles. Either organise a date that suits you or where applicable request a rolling demonstration. Simply book a day and time that suits for our visit and we bring all relevant digital dictation software and hardware products we supply. The rolling demo works in such a way, we have you set us up in one of your office rooms, you simply inform all your relevant staff we will be sitting and waiting to demonstrate the very latest digital dictation systems we have available. Both the Quikscribe Recorder and the Quikscribe Player store management data within the IAF. Whenever a file is completed (finished) by a typist, Quikscribe exports a report (text) file that contains all of the management data and saves it to a reports directory. If all of the typists directories are mapped to a central directory on the network, it is possible to capture management data for every file dictated or transcribed file within the firm. With this information, it is possible to create detailed management reports. Below is list of the fields found within a typical report file exported from an IAF. D_Complete Date the file was completed (transcribed) by the QS PlayerD_Created Date the file was created by the QS Recorder D_Opened Date the file was opened by the QS Player D_Req_By Date & Time the file is requested to be completed by D_Sent Date the file was sent by the QS Recorder to the QS Player F_Archive Archive audio file when completed? YES/NO F_Comments Comments from the author to the typist F_Duration Duration of the audio file (HH.MM.SS) F_Instruct Instructions e.g. Create a new document, edit and track changes etc F_NameSent Name of the file that was sent F_Notify Notification e.g. Call author on completion, e-mail author etc F_Printout Provide a print out?
