This package will give you less accuracy than the other two.

MediSpeak Vocabulary will add an array of medical terms and phrases used
commonly by Australian medical professionals.This is a great way for you to save time on manual entries.
This is just the MediSpeak Vocabulary for use with Dragon NaturallySpeaking Professional.
This will not work with the Standard or Preferred Editions Dragon NaturallySpeaking Medical 10 Edition is just another name for the Professional Edition of the Dragon software when it is bundled with the MediSpeak Medical Vocabulary.
If you already have the Professional Dragon 10 software you may only need the Vocabulary but if you don't have the Professional Edition get the bundle. It will save you money and you NEED the PROFESSIONAL EDITION of Dragon for the MediSpeak to operate (Vocabularies WILL NOT work with Preferred or Standard Editions of Dragon).
