Wireless dictation software is for loading
onto any
Pocket PC, PDA or Windows
based device. Record
either in the office or when away. No PC required for recording or downloading
digital dictation voice files.
Unlike a traditional digital dictating machine that requires some
sort of connection to download voice files. The new
Quikscribe wireless dictation will allow digital
dictation, mobile telephone (optional), email
and PC functions all in the one unit. Simply dictate and when finished
send the highly compressed and encrypted voice file to anywhere required
for typing or listening, all without downloading or connecting to a computer or
laptop. Instead of typing an email to your
office, assistant or client
you send them a
highly compressed voice dictation
as an email. It will be faster and anyone can open it or files can be
secured. If typing is required
you can simply receive the completed documents
by email into the QuikScribe Wireless Recorder where
ever you may be. Store any
of your standard letters or precedents into the device, record answers to
standard on screen questions within your own company forms, create standard forms
for your specific requirements,
